Gammon Joints
Our unsmoked gammon has been dry-cured by our butcher resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is packed full of flavour. To get the most out of your gammon, we recommend poaching in a pan with onions, peppercorns and bay leaves, before transferring to a hot oven with your sticky glaze of choice.

Gammon Steaks
Our juicy gammon steaks are wonderfully tasty because our cure is a perfect balance of saltiness to intensify the natural flavour of the pork. They are not moulded into shape but come with the appearance of thick bacon. Cut into the fat slightly to prevent curling, then sear in a hot pan until the fat caramelises.
