ORDERING PROCESS IN DETAIL

1)    Decide whether you want a fresh or frozen product parcel (sorry, we can’t mix parcels)

2)    Hover the product photo and then click buy now, which adds one item to your basket, every click adds another

3)    When you’ve finished shopping, click on shopping bag or cart below, which takes you to checkout.

4)    Enter the same email address if you won spin to win, your prize will be automatically added to your final order, then click KEEP ME UP TO DATE button

5)    6. your estimated shipping will show (this does not need to be paid until the order is ready to be sent)

6)    Click on checkout, then select your delivery method, add your address, then click continue
(we use Chronofresh for next day delivery before 1pm, on rare occasions 48 hours).

7)    Chronofresh rates added to final invoice, and do not show at 1st checkout:

8)    National Rates:
-    39.00€ for parcels up to 6kg
-    44.00€ for parcels 6-30kg
9)    Click continue to payment page, pay and we will invoice you for a downpayment of your order.

10)    We will the begin processing your order and you will receive an email informing you when it's out for delivery. you will then receive a second / final invoice, which must be paid promptly before we can send your order
